Design & Sampling
Samples can be stitched as per requirements within 2 days. A separate sampling department staffed with professionals, takes care of sampling. The sampling department provides solution to our customers’ knitwear needs and guides the Production Quality Supervisors to ensure conversion of bulk produce as per approved samples. Sampling is one of the most important processes involved and among our core strengths.
In the first phase, the design idea is developed and a risk analysis is done by the development and production teams. We then create quality product samples that are in line with clients' requirements for perfect colouring, latest fashion trends with fine texture. Once the sample designs have been created according to core specifications, we initiate the second phase of ordering and sourcing components, quality testing, and conducting trials. With our efficient work-force and modern machinery, the quality of the sample is made perfect. The garments are cut with acute precision with the aid of modern machineries, and each fabric is measured accurately to deliver best-fit.
